Confidential personnel are not allowed to travel abroad. The analysis is as follows:

1. Going abroad for personal reasons refers to matters such as going abroad (territory) or going abroad (territory) by secret-related personnel at their own expense, settling down, studying abroad, obtaining employment, traveling, visiting relatives, visiting friends, and inheriting inheritance;

2. 3. Secret-related personnel need to submit a written application 1 month in advance when going abroad on business or for personal reasons, fill in the Application Form for Going Abroad on Business or for Personal Affairs, and go through the examination and approval procedures according to the prescribed procedures before going abroad;

4. After examination and approval, the personnel department of the company is responsible for signing the confidentiality code for those who go abroad for personal reasons. The personnel department shall not issue passports for going abroad on business or for personal reasons if the Code of Confidentiality for Confidential Personnel Going Abroad for Private Purposes is not signed;

5. Secret-related personnel who know and master state secrets must be approved by the company's competent leader when going abroad for personal reasons;

6. After going abroad or returning to China for personal reasons, the secret-related personnel shall report their activities at home and abroad to the personnel department of the company in time within 7 days, fill in the Record Form for Returning to China for Personal Reasons, and hand in their personal passports, which shall be managed by the personnel department in a unified manner. If it is not handled according to the regulations, the personnel department of the company will notify the exit-entry administration department of the public security to cancel its passport.

The requirements for secret-related personnel to leave the country for private purposes are:

1. The holder must undergo entry iris inspection when entering the country, and will be granted entry permit after passing the inspection. After checking that the passport and entry visa are correct, the entry-exit inspection authorities stamp the entry stamp on his passport and then let him enter the country;

Before you leave this country, you must stay in the United Arab Emirates within the days stipulated in your visa. If the number of days allowed in the visa is exceeded, a fine of $28 will be imposed for exceeding 1 day;

3. When leaving the country, you must fill out the exit card and hand it to the exit office together with your passport. After verification, you can stamp an exit stamp on your passport and let it leave the country.

4. On-the-job secret-related personnel and those who leave their posts before the expiration of the secret-related period shall not go abroad (including Hong Kong) for personal reasons in principle. The decryption period is generally: 3 years for the core secret-related personnel; Key confidential personnel 1-5 years; General secret personnel for 6 months;

5. As a general secret-related person, the company's registration and filing should refer to the registration and filing in the security department, which is convenient for future safety education and training and personnel dynamic management, rather than the registration and filing in the exit-entry organ of the public security department.

To sum up, on-the-job secret-related personnel and off-the-job secret-related personnel are not allowed to go abroad, including Hong Kong, in principle before the expiration of the secret-related period.
