Beijing Jingshan School was founded by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee in the spring of 1960, and specialized in teaching reform experiments.
1September 1983, the school wrote to Deng Xiaoping. In addition to reporting on the educational reform of Jingshan School, he also made a plea, hoping to "write an inscription for us, or say a few words for us to point out the direction for us."
