In order to facilitate the construction of the new campus and provide basic guarantee conditions such as water and electricity for the southeast area of the new campus, during the winter vacation, the new campus construction headquarters organized a construction road with a length of 190 m and a width of 10 m between the north campus and the new campus.

1905 The Seventh Normal School of Shaanxi Province was established 1934 The Seventh Normal School of Shaanxi Province was renamed as Xing 'an Normal School of Shaanxi Province.
