What channels should be used well in ideological and political courses?
We should make full use of the channels of ideological and political courses in schools.

The work plan includes seven parts: general requirements, teaching reform and innovation in main channels, making good use of social classrooms, building a large resource platform, building a teacher system, expanding the work pattern, and strengthening organizational leadership. Among them, 22 initiatives are mainly concentrated in five aspects.

The first is to highlight the construction of main channels. Focusing on the "class" attribute of "Great Ideological and Political Course", we should insist on making good use of the main channel of classroom teaching of ideological and political course. The plan proposes to build the independent knowledge system of the Party's innovative theoretical research, interpretation and education teaching, strengthen the curriculum group of ideological and political courses, optimize the teaching material system of ideological and political courses, expand classroom teaching content, innovate classroom teaching methods and optimize the teaching evaluation system.

The second is to strengthen practical education. In view of the problem that some classes are not integrated with practice, this paper puts forward the organic combination of ideological and political small classes and social large classes, further strengthens and standardizes practical teaching, clearly constructs practical teaching work system, implements practical teaching hours and credits, and organizes diversified practical teaching.

The Ministry of Education, together with relevant departments, has set up a number of special practice teaching bases for "Great Ideological and Political Course". Schools and institutions of higher learning should make good use of their bases, actively develop on-site teaching courses and resources, and constantly improve the effectiveness of practical education.

Third, vigorously promote the informationization of ideological and political education. According to the requirements of "application is king, service is supreme, demonstration leads and safe operation", it is proposed to vigorously promote the construction and use of the national smart education platform and build an online and offline linkage of the national ideological and political course teaching and research system.

We will promote the supply-side reform of high-quality teaching resources, organize the development of scientific, authoritative and practical courseware and handouts, create high-quality teaching resource libraries such as case libraries, key and difficult problem libraries, material libraries and network demonstration course libraries, and continuously launch a number of "golden courses" for ideological and political education.

Strengthen the construction of network resources of ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools. Together with the Central Network Information Office, we will build a "Ideological and Political Course" online education publicity cloud platform. Strengthen coordination and organize the activity of "the same ideological and political lesson".

The fourth is to strengthen team building. Strengthen the construction of full-time and part-time teachers. The system of distinguished professor and part-time teachers for ideological and political courses shall be implemented. In-depth implementation of the training project for the presidents (secretaries) of Marxist colleges, and training a group of young Marxist theorists through centralized training, commissioning research projects, strengthening practical training, and conducting international and domestic inspections.

Further strengthen teacher training, build a research platform for teachers, and constantly improve teachers' ability and quality.

The fifth is to expand the work pattern. Integrate all kinds of resources and jointly promote the construction of "Great Ideological and Political Course". Carry out the comprehensive reform pilot of "Great Ideological and Political Course" by layers and classifications, and further promote the integration of ideological and political courses in universities, primary and secondary schools;

Encourage colleges and universities to actively build ideological and political courses with primary and secondary schools, comprehensively promote the high-quality construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, carry out daily ideological and political education activities in a down-to-earth manner, promote school party Committee secretaries and principals to talk about "ideological and political courses" in combination with graduation ceremonies, and accelerate the construction of ideological and political work system in colleges and universities.
