After reading this book, I can't help but feel that the idea of having a good teacher can guide us to constantly explore our own careers, strive for scientific education and teaching methods, and constantly improve ourselves in teaching activities. However, ideas and opinions do not fall from the sky. After they bring it here, they should be good at keeping pace with the times and think hard on the basis of long-term practice. How do you choose a topic about teaching research? How to locate, I think it is still very helpful to me. I plan to use the winter vacation time to read more similar books to improve myself.

The book says: the ideal teacher should be an ideal, passionate and poetic teacher; Should be a self-confident, self-reliant and constantly challenging teacher; Should be a good cooperative and charismatic teacher; Should be a caring and respected teacher; Should be a teacher who pursues Excellence and is full of innovative spirit; Should be a teacher who is diligent in learning and constantly enriching himself; Should be a teacher who cares about human destiny and has a sense of social responsibility; Should be a tough, strong teacher who does not bow to setbacks. Compared with the requirements mentioned here, as a teacher, I feel that I am far from the ideal teacher. There is a lot to learn. This also needs to constantly enrich and improve themselves in the teaching process. Don't be discouraged when encountering setbacks, but sum up the reasons for failure. Of course, this process is difficult to completely achieve the eight points mentioned in the book. But as long as you have this awareness, through your own efforts, you will gradually move closer to the ideal teacher and narrow the gap.

But among them, what I want to do most is a very caring teacher. Because love can contain everything and surpass everything. Teachers love students, an important performance is to believe in every student. Every child has great potential, and every child's potential is different. Some people may think that the potential needs to be tapped through practice, but I think the potential of children needs to be tapped through love. I love my students. I often think that one day a student cut his hand, and I can't help thinking of my son. What will happen to me if my son cuts his hand? Everything that follows is natural, and the students think you really care about him. No matter what unpleasant things he encounters in his study or life in the future, he will talk to you. A harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the first time you give love. So as long as you are willing to love students, you will get more love.

Education is inseparable from love. The education of love is the source of educational strength and the foundation of educational success. As Mr. Xia Gaizun said: Education is like a pond without water without emotion or love. Without water, it can't be called a pond. No emotion, no love, no education. As teachers, we work with students. Our job and task is to cultivate new people with ideals, morality and culture. A qualified and successful teacher should learn how to love his students.

Teachers love students, the first thing to do is to respect students. Self-esteem is the most sensitive corner of a person's mind. Once self-esteem is humiliated, the light person will be depressed, and the heavy person will be cynical. Nowadays, students are generally spoiled by their parents and elders at home, and there are more new ways to receive information. They have a strong rebellious attitude towards the first stage of puberty development of senior pupils, and can't stand the criticism and scolding of teachers. Therefore, only by respecting our students, especially their personalities, can we have a group of excellent, healthy and progressive students and be respected by them.

Teachers love students. Secondly, they should trust every student. To be a teacher, you should also be able to push yourself and take care of yourself. One thing, from one angle, is intolerable, but from another angle, it is not necessarily unforgivable. For individual students, they can't finish their homework in time. For the teacher, this is a student who is not serious or at least does not pay attention to learning. But from the students' point of view, there may be other reasons, which may be objective reasons such as family factors or their own reasons. For example, students may not understand and do their homework in class. Or maybe the workload is beyond his ability. As teachers, we should put ourselves in the shoes to solve problems. Always tell yourself that you don't want others to do anything to you. Be a teacher, respect students, trust students and win respect and trust.

The ideal is indeed an ideal, which may be difficult to realize, but it provides us with a ladder to progress and let us make continuous progress! Therefore, to be an ideal teacher, we must first have lofty ideals, or at least have higher ideals to push ourselves forward.

Influence students' growth with teachers' professional development. Pay special attention to influence, not change. This requires teachers to constantly learn and enrich themselves, and realize their professional development through professional reading, professional writing and professional associations.

Find the bright spots in students and learn from them. In a threesome, there must be a teacher. Learn from their innocence, kindness and vitality, their persistence and truth, and their courage to question.

Although I have been a teacher for four years, I am not a good teacher who is really liked by students. I used my severity to intimidate students. Now this shock will only deepen and widen the gap between me and my students, and it will never be restored. As the book says, the ideal teacher should be a caring teacher, a teacher deeply loved by students, and a teacher who can put down his teacher's airs and walk into the hearts of students. I am also full of love for students, but because of my strictness and airs, students can't understand. How to talk to students and let themselves enter their hearts is what I am pursuing now. I believe that by studying in books and spending more time communicating with students, students will really know me, understand me and like me.

Second, be an educated person.

I have worked hard in the field of teaching for many years and witnessed the current situation of education. I also have a lot of confusion, but I have nowhere to find the perfect answer. Thanks to this reading activity, I listened to Professor Zhu Yongxin's new educational thoughts, examined the significance of what I did, and found a way to break through and develop myself. Teacher Zhu said that an ideal teacher should be a naturally restless teacher with dreams. An excellent teacher must have lofty ideals, constantly set goals for himself, and be passionate at the same time. People should dream. A good teacher should always be accompanied by dreams. When there is no dream in life, the meaning of life is over, and education is meaningless. Teacher Zhu's words resonated with me. When I first started working, I had my own goal, which was to be a good teacher with a sense of responsibility, hoping to teach every student well. In a blink of an eye, four years passed. Looking back on my past education, I can only summarize it with the word mediocrity, and the biggest gain is just getting an advanced title. At best, he can only be regarded as a decent teacher. I am full of ideals, passion and poetry. I've never thought about it in all these years. I'm just a mediocre member of education.

Teacher Zhu gives a suggestion to teachers who want to pay attention to education: keep an education diary every day and write down what they think and feel in education every day intact. After reading "Dream of New Education", I hid my thoughts and my emotions surged. It brings me more longing, self-confidence, thinking and inner openness. Professor Zhu said that it is wrong to talk about heroes by success or failure, by gold medals and by studying. The key of the new educational experiment action plan is to teach students something really useful for life. Professor Zhu said that he graduated from Suzhou University, but he didn't think he was inferior to the students of Peking University and Tsinghua. He said, I can even be a teacher and a professor in Tsinghua, Peking University. The key is how to make students have a truly brilliant tomorrow, not just a brilliant today.

Zhu Yongxin urged students to leave school and forget what they were taught, which was the result of education. Many people think this is a very incisive interpretation of education; Some people feel that there is nothing left (I think what the school teaches here mainly refers to something purely for exams. Many of these things are useless in practice and are doomed to be forgotten; And those who can't leave practice for a moment will never forget it.

In this regard, he made a special survey: some teachers in Pingjiang Experimental Primary School suggested that as teachers, they all want to teach students useful things all their lives, and they also hope to teach in a happy and active atmosphere. But the reality is that students and teachers now have no time to talk and do activities. How can they write a composition without activities? Especially in Suzhou, students' spring and autumn outing was cancelled and they had to spend it in the ocean of repeated questions, so that students cheered as soon as they heard the holiday, and their study was completely passive. In this regard, schools can gradually improve their previous school-running concepts according to the new educational experiments, but the greater pressure comes from social pressure, and some parents even blame teachers when they see less homework. What is the attitude of society towards new education?

Because of this, Zhu Yongxin pointed out that students' extracurricular activities must be indispensable, and what should be done should be done. Now some students know all the laws, theorems and formulas of some subjects, but they won't do them when they encounter problems, because they don't understand them, which is very worthy of teachers' reflection. I believe that as long as students really make progress, society will give new education an affirmation.
