The college has jurisdiction over Jiangsu Xuyi Technical Secondary School, Jiangsu TV University Xuyi College, Adult Education College, Social Training College and Lobster Tourism and Culture College, and offers 19 major.

It belongs to six departments: Information Arts Department, Business Tourism Department, Finance Department, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department, Automobile Engineering Department and Nursing Department. It has provincial demonstration majors such as electromechanical integration, numerical control and tourism service, and provincial training bases such as business service and lobster specialty. Since its establishment, more than 20,000 skilled personnel have been trained, and the employment rate has remained above 98%.

The school has successively won a series of honorary titles such as "Civilized Unit in Jiangsu Province", "Training Base for High-skilled Talents in Jiangsu Province", "Advanced Unit for Serving Local Economic Construction in Huai 'an City" and "First Class Merit for Enriching the People and Strengthening the City in Huai 'an City".
