How to organize materials in the evaluation of teachers' titles
On the materials in the evaluation of teachers' professional titles; the annual evaluation of teachers' professional titles always touches many teachers' heartstrings. Teachers who can be promoted are of course extremely happy and worth celebrating. However, there are also some teachers who have passed a higher professional title for various reasons. We can naturally imagine and deeply regret their inner suffering. Professional title evaluation is a very serious matter, the purpose is objective and fair, "based on facts, let the materials speak for themselves." Therefore, the materials submitted by teachers are an important basis for us to measure whether teachers can be promoted. It can be seen from the evaluation site that there are great problems in the materials submitted by some teachers, which have affected their professional title evaluation. First, there are some specific problems in the arrangement of materials: 1. Unfounded material. The life of materials lies in truth. A well-founded speech is the first condition to win people's trust, and so is the teacher's evaluation materials. Therefore, the performance materials provided by teachers must be supported by credible circumstantial evidence. For example, according to the third point of Article 19 "Teaching Requirements" of "Conditions for Evaluating Professional and Technical Qualifications of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Trial)", "I have held observation classes and demonstration classes at or above the school level and achieved excellent results", it is required to provide "original materials such as teaching plans and classroom teaching evaluation forms". For another example, Article 21 "Instructing young teachers in service" "Since I took office, I have instructed a certain number of young teachers in an organized and planned way, and the object of instruction has made remarkable achievements in education and teaching." It is required to "provide original materials reflecting the process of guiding in-service young teachers". Some teachers can't provide copies of the original materials in these aspects, but simply write "demonstration classes can be held every semester" on the materials, and only use the "guidance words" written by young teachers to guide young teachers, but there are no supporting materials such as the school's "blue contract", so it is difficult to explain the real situation of teachers. Some have no clear requirements in the evaluation conditions, and proof materials or process materials must be added. For example, those who are engaged in the training of counselors, extracurricular activity groups and sports teams need to be supported by materials such as activity plans, schemes and actual effects. In teaching, significant teaching achievements should have materials reflecting students' achievements. 2. Invalid materials. Improper materials are of course invalid materials, but among the materials provided by teachers, invalid materials also include a large number of outdated or irrelevant materials provided by teachers, which not only dazzles the judges, but also wastes a lot of paper. Most of the performance materials required for professional title evaluation are obtained "since taking office". For example, in education, we should provide the performance materials and related honorary titles of class teachers or other educational counseling work since they took office. In teaching, it is required to provide teaching results since teachers or students took office. Invalid materials, including "subordinates", cannot prove "superiors". In the materials handed in by teachers, it is difficult to explain that teachers have won honors or participated in activities at the next higher level, because the original materials are lost and only school certificates are issued. Invalid materials are especially serious in the papers provided by teachers. The publication of teachers' papers in paper evaluation requires that they be published in regular journals and confirmed by the State Publishing Bureau. The organizer or competent unit is the education authorities, universities, education societies, etc. The award-winning requirements of the thesis are reviewed through formal channels, such as the Provincial Department of Education, the professional committees of the Provincial Education Society, the Provincial Teaching and Research Section, and the Education Society (Academy of Educational Sciences). "All articles published in various supplements, internal publications, picture albums, anthologies, review materials, counseling materials, test questions and other publications are not used as materials for reporting and evaluating teachers' professional and technical qualifications. "Inexplicable magazines such as Education Forum, China Education Research Association and Research on Educational Innovation are widely found in teachers' textbooks, or in essay competitions organized by such magazines and teachers' training clubs. It costs a lot of money for teachers to publish in these magazines or participate in such awards, but it is useless to evaluate professional titles. I hope teachers will stop spending such money. Invalid materials increase the thickness of materials, but do not improve the quality of materials. The evaluation of professional titles is graded according to the regulations, and the materials that meet the regulations are also graded, which is not necessarily proportional to the thickness of materials, the number and quality of papers. Therefore, teachers should carefully read the evaluation conditions and carefully prepare materials in strict accordance with the regulations, so that the materials are concise and accurate. 3. Disordered materials. The materials should be concise and accurate, but also orderly, so that the judges can find the materials they need quickly and accurately. Although every judge is serious and responsible, and every material must be read repeatedly for fear of missing valuable materials, the evaluation of professional titles is a very tense and arduous task, and the judges' energy will not be strong forever. If mental and visual weaknesses encounter messy materials, mistakes may occur. The disorder of materials is as follows: there is no order in the arrangement of materials, and the classification is unclear; Reuse of the same material; The material identification is unclear and cannot be retrieved. Second, some suggestions on the filling and sorting of professional title materials 1. Be targeted and focused. The filling of materials must be practical and realistic, and be purposefully filled in and sorted out according to the requirements of professional title evaluation and their own work in education and teaching. Teachers should pay special attention to filling in the list of professional and technical qualification promotion personnel or the concise list of professional and technical qualification promotion in _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ But from the reality, some teachers have great problems in filling out this form. In the column of "main work performance, technical level and professional ability since taking up the present position", some teachers are unclear in classification, too extravagant in wording, unrealistic and lack of effective information. The filling requirement of this column is to briefly fill in the achievements that can best reflect one's own work, such as teachers' morality, education and teaching, teaching and research ability, professional development, academic achievements and other achievements. "Awards" column, fill in the honors awarded by the higher authorities and the awards you have won in education, teaching and scientific research. In the column of "Papers", first fill in two appraisal papers with the highest level, and then fill in your own papers published in regular magazines and won prizes through regular channels. Judging from the evaluation, some teachers filled in some articles published in illegal publications such as China Education and Teaching News, but those who won the prize in the paper appraisal activities organized by the education authorities did not fill in. 2. Orderly arrangement and convenient retrieval of invalid materials will not only increase the workload of judges, but also lower their own standards. Teacher evaluation materials (mainly attachment materials) should be arranged in a certain order when binding, and the catalogue should be attached to the front and numbered. Finally, the page number can be written in the lower right corner of each material. In this way, the bound materials are clear and easy to retrieve. The order of information is generally as follows: ① cover and catalogue; (2) Professional qualification, education level, business training and other relevant certificates; ③ Relevant education and teaching materials; ④ Relevant materials of education, teaching and scientific research; ⑤ Other relevant materials that can reflect work performance, etc. (Please refer to the attachment below for the specific arrangement order. ) 3. The authenticity and completeness of paper materials require the original magazine to be provided at the same time. If the original cannot be provided for other reasons, the copy information provided shall be complete. For example, some teachers only provide copies of the cover and text of the magazine, so we can't confirm the nature of the publication, and some teachers provide vague chapters of the organizer, which affects the evaluation of the paper. Copies of published articles or large books should include the front cover, back cover, copyright page, table of contents, my articles or the text of magazines or books. Third, some ideas about the evaluation of professional titles. Objectivity of standards. There are certain standards for the evaluation of professional titles, and the judges score them one by one according to the scoring standards. Formally speaking, the evaluation work can be simplified, and the "process" can make the evaluation work achieve maximum fairness and objectivity. However, teachers' education and teaching work is very flexible, and some teachers' work is difficult to quantify. There are also some opportunities to get teachers' achievements or honors. Due to various reasons, some teachers, especially old teachers, have not received due recognition for their work achievements. For these reasons, the evaluation of teachers' professional titles will show some humanistic care, which of course excludes the relationship between the will of the chief executive and human feelings. Orientation of professional title evaluation. The evaluation of professional titles will guide the development direction of other teachers. In the evaluation of teachers' professional titles, the work of class teachers is particularly encouraged, and the bonus system is also implemented for teachers' remarkable achievements in education, teaching and scientific research. The balance of professional title evaluation will be biased towards front-line teachers and rural school teachers. Professional title evaluation puts forward higher requirements for young teachers, requiring them to make remarkable achievements in teaching and educating people, personal professional development, teaching and scientific research and so on. Do a good job in materials and work. The judges judge according to the materials provided by the teacher. The higher the quality of the materials provided, the greater the possibility of passing. Doing a good job of information is something that participating teachers should take seriously. But the quality of materials is based on the quality of their own works. No good job, good performance, no material. Therefore, the majority of teachers should focus on doing their usual work and actively demanding progress, and at the same time, teachers should accumulate process information in time, such as collecting teachers' attendance evaluation forms in time after each open class, keeping the open teaching schedule well, collecting and copying students' award certificates in time and so on. After these materials are collected, it becomes very easy for teachers to sort out the materials when evaluating professional titles.
