Hunan Institute of Economics and Management was established in March, 1993. It was registered as "Hunan Hu Axiang Foreign Languages Institute" by Changsha City, and cooperated with hunan radio and tv university in running schools. In the first year, junior college students were enrolled 2 18 and secondary school students 165438. A total of 337 students have obtained the diploma of RTVU's junior college and technical secondary school. 1August, 1995, 1995 was registered as "Hu Axiang Foreign Studies University". 1June, 1997, 197 was registered as a national higher education diploma examination pilot institution approved by the Ministry of Education of Hunan Province. In that year, we enrolled 199 pilot students, majoring in business English and international trade. Economic information. In May 2000, with the consent of the organizer, the college was renamed as "Hunan Institute of Economics and Management" and reported to the Provincial Department of Education for approval. Since 1996, the college has been rated as an excellent school and a first-class college in Hunan Province by the annual inspection of experts organized by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, and won prizes and medals.
