Male,1born in June 1943, Han nationality,1graduated from Guangxi Finance and Economics School in July 1966, majoring in budget management (junior college). In the same year, he was assigned to the Finance Bureau of Jingxi County, Guangxi as a general budget accountant. 1973 was transferred back to Hengxian Education Bureau as an accountant, 1980 was transferred to the budget section chief, deputy director and director of Hengxian Finance Bureau at the end of 1980. 1993 obtained the qualification of senior accountant in May. In the work, I have the courage to explore and reform, broaden the financial thinking, and made unremitting efforts for the economic development and financial revitalization of Hengxian County.
