Do you like to educate and train others in the workplace?
I like it very much. I can't wait to tell them all my experiences, the pits I stepped on, and the falls I fell.

Unfortunately, some people regard it as a treasure, and some people abandon it like dirt; Some people are extremely grateful, while others are obviously complaining.

I have this kind of behavior and idea because I have gone through many detours. When I was a sophomore, I was very confused when I thought about the future and the future. I was confused for a whole semester and couldn't find a breakthrough. I don't know how to solve it.

Later, at the school forum, I met some seniors and communicated with them. They told me how to enjoy college life and how to find internship opportunities. The communication with them made me understand the society in advance, and also made me less confused.

Then in the third year of high school, I will consciously communicate with some brothers and sisters who have good relations. I want to pass on my experience to them, and I regard it as a kind of inheritance in my heart.

At work, life is not so exciting because I have stepped on too many pits, but the skills I learned from the pits may rot in my stomach if I keep them. If I tell them to others, I can help more people and continue my habit.

So I still want to share my experience with others after work, but it is obvious that college students who have just graduated will be very interested in it, find it very useful, and even be moved by my behavior.

Those who have 1/2 years of work experience but are not very capable are really not interested in my advice and my lessons of blood and tears, and even think that I am redundant and interfere with them too much.

I am also very helpless, but now I am still willing and like to continue my inheritance, but it depends on everyone.
