If teenagers break the law and commit crimes, peers look down on you, teachers look down on you, and parents are heartbroken! After listening to this legal education class, I understand a lot of truth and correct some mistakes.
I think: the age of juvenile delinquency is 1 1~ 16 years old. Minors under the age of 14 who are criminally responsible should go to the juvenile detention center for reeducation through labor 1~3 years. The reason of juvenile delinquency is ignorance of the law and weak legal consciousness. And it has something to do with his usual habits. The bad habit is that he has committed crimes. Moreover, I know: people's behavior can change habits, but habits determine a person's character and future. Moreover, people will unconsciously develop bad habits, leading to crimes.
Absenteeism and staying out at night are the main reasons for juvenile delinquency. There are also some minors who violate the law because of blind conformity and curiosity. For example, carrying controlled knives (daggers, kitchen knives, single knives, switchblades, Mitsubishi scrapers), if found, will be fined up to 1 1,000 yuan.
It is illegal and criminal for senior students to extort property from junior students, bullying the small with the big and bullying the weak with the strong. These behaviors will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment and fined.
I also know that minors' self-control and ability to distinguish right from wrong are not strong, and they can't tell good from bad online, so they are easily deceived. Minors start to commit crimes by entering entertainment places and commercial Internet cafes (Internet addiction), and then start some petty theft, which eventually leads to crimes.
I also know some common sense of self-protection:

In real life, many people can't tell right from wrong, so they choose the wrong path and make themselves regret their lives, especially our teenagers. Therefore, in order to strengthen our teenagers' awareness of learning and popularizing the law and prevent juvenile delinquency, our school held a special report meeting on legal education. The teacher who gave us a report is Ji, the vice president in charge of legal education in our school.
The theme of this report is: prevention of juvenile delinquency. This is a timely rain for us, which makes us clearly see our own shortcomings. The occurrence of many cases makes us feel sorry for those young people who have gone astray. While regretting, we also realize that they are ignorant of the law, have no "awe" of the law, and made a big mistake just on impulse.
Teacher Ji first told us a case: Wang, a student of a senior technical school, used the Internet to spread criminal methods and was punished by law. Wang is only a student at school, a minor, but he has committed a crime. What makes teenagers commit crimes? Teacher Ji summed it up for us, mainly because he didn't listen to his parents and teachers, and his legal consciousness was weak, and his ability to distinguish right from wrong, good and evil was weak, so that he carried controlled knives, fought, stole, took drugs and sold drugs, and embarked on the road of illegal crimes.
A vivid case, let us know how those teenagers who are similar to our age embarked on the road of crime. I think the fundamental reason is that their legal awareness is weak, and they always think that what they have done is a trivial matter, and it is too late to regret making a big mistake. In these cases, many people committed crimes on impulse.
If you commit a crime, it will take years or even more than ten years, and what is more serious will ruin your life. Life is the most precious thing for people, and life is only once for everyone. Youth is the most beautiful chapter in life. If the best time is spent in places where you lose your freedom, what impact will it have on your life? Juvenile delinquency not only destroys itself, but also "brings trouble" to the family. My family pinned their hopes on us. Aren't we failing them by doing so? Even for the sake of family, you can't do such "absurd things". Therefore, we should prevent illegal crimes.
To prevent illegal crimes, we must first constantly improve legal awareness, strengthen the concept of the legal system, safeguard legal dignity and abide by the law. We teenagers should start from ourselves, start from small things, do nothing good and do nothing evil.
