Content introduction:
From 65438 to 0968, Professor Ketcha Dorian opened one of the world's earliest university courses on human sexuality at Stanford University. Since then, countless students have benefited a lot. And this "view of sex" based on his class handouts has been translated into French, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese for many years, which is popular all over the world.
In this first successful sexology textbook in the United States, the author does not stick to the medical categories such as physiology, anatomy and pathology, but develops a broader and deeper perspective, regards sex as the focus of multiple radiation of biological instinct, physiological drive, spiritual will, moral concept and legal customs, and advocates a sexual attitude of facing up, understanding, tolerance and non-abuse while conducting professional exploration in a scientific and objective spirit. In the most admirable part 6 of this book, with nearly 200,000 words of wonderful chapters, the author comprehensively uses the cross-cultural comparison means of archaeology and anthropology to explore the inextricable relationship between sex and culture, history, morality and law, revealing the historical and cultural connotation and philosophical aesthetic implication, which is rare and amazing in the world. This is a recognized classic of sexology. From the perspective of clarity, persuasiveness and informative and reliable materials, it is considered that no similar book can match it.
