The value of learning
(1) "Learning can improve yourself" is true. Xunzi once said: "A gentleman who is knowledgeable and self-sufficient every day knows what is clear and has no fault." Directly point out that erudition is one of the conditions to make people full of wisdom and avoid making mistakes. However, can mere "erudition" really make a person a "gentleman"? I'm afraid not.
(2) Integrating dogmatic knowledge into a person's behavior and gradually becoming a habit is the best interpretation of "integration of knowing and doing": you will not keep yourself out of knowledge, but will subtly infiltrate what you have learned into your soul from the outside, thus making yourself noble.
Second, lease.
? (1) Lease means that the lessor transfers the right to use assets to the lessee for lease within the agreed period. The main reasons for the existence of leasing are: tax saving; Reduce transaction costs; Reduce uncertainty. Leasing is an economic behavior of borrowing physical objects at a certain cost, and the lessor gives what it owns to the lessee for use.
? (2) The lessee thus obtains the right to use the article for a period of time, but the ownership of the article is still in the hands of the lessor. The lessee has to pay a certain fee (rent) to the lessor to use it.
