Teachers' rights and obligations are unified and inseparable. While enjoying certain rights, teachers must also fulfill certain obligations. Generally speaking, the more rights a teacher enjoys, the higher the requirements for his quality. Accordingly, the heavier the responsibilities a teacher must bear and the more obligations he will perform. The so-called teacher's obligation refers to the legal restrictions that teachers must or must not engage in certain behaviors in educational and teaching activities. Article 8 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that teachers must perform the following obligations:
1, abide by the Constitution, laws and professional ethics, and be a teacher;
2, implement the national education policy, abide by the rules and regulations, implement the school's teaching plan, fulfill the teacher contract, and complete the education and teaching tasks;
3. To educate students on the basic principles determined by the Constitution, patriotism and national unity, legal education, ideological and moral education, culture, science and technology education, and organize and lead students to carry out beneficial social activities;
4. Caring for and caring for all students, respecting their personality and promoting their all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique;
5. Stop acts harmful to students or other acts that infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests, and criticize and resist phenomena harmful to their healthy growth;
6. Constantly improve ideological and political awareness and the level of education and teaching.
The rights and obligations stipulated in "People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers Law" are the rights and obligations in the legal sense arising from educational and teaching activities set by educational legal norms, and are the rights and obligations of a specific profession. Teachers' rights and obligations begin with their qualifications as teachers and their employment in schools or other educational institutions and end with their dismissal.
Second, the conditions of teachers' professional specialization.
Teachers' professional development refers to the process of teachers' professional maturity, gradually reaching professional standards and obtaining corresponding professional status. It is not only the condition and guarantee of teachers' individual professional development, but also the final symbol of teachers' professional specialization. A country often has clear regulations on the profession of teachers, such as the requirements for academic qualifications and teacher qualification certificates. Article 10 of the Teacher Law promulgated by China stipulates: "The state practices a teacher qualification system. China citizens who abide by the Constitution and laws, have good ideological and moral character, have the qualifications stipulated in these regulations or passed the national teacher qualification examination, have educational ability and are recognized as qualified can obtain teacher qualifications. " However, whether a teacher really has the professional conditions to be a teacher and whether he can correctly perform his role as a teacher fundamentally depends on his professional accomplishment in practice. Teachers' specialization is the concentrated embodiment of contemporary teachers' quality.
Teachers' professional quality refers to the professional quality that teachers need when they are engaged in teaching profession, which reflects the requirements of a particular profession for practitioners in terms of ideology, morality, knowledge and skills, experience, personality and physical quality. Without teachers' professionalism, there is no quality of education. Teachers' professional quality should be considered from the following aspects:
1, teachers' professional quality
Teachers' professional quality is the decisive factor for teachers to become teachers and the basic requirement for teachers to be competent in teaching, which is different from other professionals' learning requirements for the same subject. Teachers' professional qualities include the following aspects:
(1) Be proficient in the basic knowledge and skills of the subjects taught. Teachers should master the basic knowledge of the subject they teach extensively and accurately, skillfully use the basic skills and deeply understand the basic structure of the subject. On this basis, we can thoroughly understand the teaching materials, use them flexibly and explain them accurately.
(2) Understand the knowledge related to this subject. The disciplines of school education are highly differentiated and comprehensive, and teachers must have profound cultural knowledge to satisfy students' thirst for knowledge. Teachers should know the knowledge related to this discipline, including the relevant points, related nature and logical relationship between disciplines, which will not only help teachers to carry out the teaching work of the disciplines they teach smoothly, but also enable teachers to coordinate with teachers of related disciplines in teaching and cooperate with each other in organizing students to carry out comprehensive activities.
(3) Understand the development of this discipline. Including understanding the history, trends and trends of discipline development, understanding the latest achievements of discipline research, understanding the factors that promote discipline development, and understanding the value of discipline to human social development and its manifestations in social life and production practice.

Including understanding the unique perspective, field, level, thinking tools and methods of understanding the world, being familiar with the process of creating inventions by subject doctors and the reasons for their success, and learning the scientific spirit and personality strength shown by scientists.
As far as teachers are concerned, they should not only know the inside story of teaching, but also know why. They should fully understand and master the value and significance of what they teach, and have extensive knowledge, not only about this discipline, but also about other disciplines, not only about nature, but also about society and life.
