This article is the first systematic exposition of Huang Yanpei's own educational thought, and it has become the theoretical embryonic form of Huang Yanpei's vocational education.

After the birth of vocational education society, it gradually formed a complete, grand and organic system. Its tentacles have extended to many fields, and its achievements are rare. Guangming is a vocational school in China, which was founded in 19 18, and 1952 was taken over by the Ministry of Light Industry. It has trained more than 7,000 graduates, including many celebrities, including mathematician Hua, social activist Xu Boxin, economist Gu Zhun and actor Qin Yi.

Later, on the basis of pragmatism, Huang Yanpei further put forward the "great vocational education doctrine", that is, to run vocational education, we must contact the education department and the vocational department, participate in the activities and development of the whole society, and actively seek the adaptation of vocational education to the external environment.
