The Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) was adopted by the Fourth Session of the Sixth National People's Congress in April 2006 1986, and came into force in July 2006 1986. The new Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) was revised and passed by the 22nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth NPC on June 29th, 2006, and came into force on September 6th, 2006.

3. The Education Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted by the Third Session of the Eighth National People's Congress on March 2005 1995, and came into force on September 2005 1995.
