People's Republic of China (PRC) Compulsory Education Law 1986 was passed by the Fourth Session of the Sixth National People's Congress on April 12, 2002, and came into force on July 1986, 2002. Revised at the 22nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th NPC on June 29th, 2006.
According to the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th NPC on April 24, 20 15, the decision on amending the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other five laws was revised for the first time. According to the decision of the 7th meeting of the 13th NPC Standing Committee on February 29th, 20 18 on amending five laws, such as the Product Quality Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the second amendment was made.
