School administrators need to open platform login accounts for teachers and students of our school, taking teachers' opening accounts as an example:

Step 1: After logging into the platform, enter the management system-My Work-Account Management;

Step 2: Enter the "Import Teacher Account" page and download the template form according to the page prompts;

Step 3: Open the downloaded template form, read the "Instructions for Use" carefully, then fill in the information to be imported in the form in strict accordance with the required format, and save it after confirmation. Then return to the "Import Teacher Account" page of the platform to import the template form;

Step 4: After successful import, you can view the account information on the "View Teacher Account" page;

Step 5: The generated account information can be downloaded and distributed to teachers. The account number is the teacher's ID number, and the initial password is the last six digits of the ID number (if the password contains letters, it should be case-sensitive when logging in).

Note: 1. The steps of importing student accounts are the same as those of importing teacher accounts, and only one grade of student accounts can be imported at a time;

2. In the template form for importing teachers' and students' accounts, the filling format of classes must be consistent.
