Nanjing Artillery College is a college of China People's Liberation Army, which trains junior commanding officers of artillery units. Its predecessor was 1947, a specialized school of East China Military Region founded in Yishui County, Shandong Province. Later, it was moved to Tangshan, Nanjing, and 1950 and 12 were changed to the Third Artillery School. 1956 was renamed Nanjing artillery school. 1977165438+1October 7th was changed to the first ground artillery school. 1June, 986, changed to its current name, and was under the organizational system of the arms department of the General Staff. The college mainly trains grassroots cadres with a bachelor's degree in artillery. The teaching facilities are relatively advanced, including various specialized rooms, laboratories, shooting rehearsal fields, coaching fields, and weapons halls for displaying various cannons. The college has been open to the outside world since 1957, and has received military delegations from more than 40 countries.
