(2) Adult higher education has passed the examination, is granted graduation, has met all the requirements of undergraduate teaching plan in course study (including foreign languages and teaching experiments) and graduation thesis (graduation design or other graduation practice links), and has achieved excellent results, indicating that he has truly mastered the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of this discipline, and has the initial ability to engage in scientific research or undertake professional and technical work. Article 4 The awarding of bachelor's degrees to undergraduate graduates trained in various forms of adult higher education shall be temporarily undertaken by ordinary institutions of higher learning with the approval of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee or the State Council in conjunction with the State Education Commission. Article 5 The relevant department of adult higher education in an ordinary institution of higher learning or an independently established adult institution of higher learning with the right to award bachelor's degrees shall, within three months after the graduation of this year's undergraduate graduates, recommend a list of applicants who intend to award bachelor's degrees to the university or the nearby ordinary institution of higher learning with the right to award bachelor's degrees:
(1) Undergraduate graduates trained in undergraduate majors organized by ordinary colleges and universities with the right to award bachelor's degrees apply for bachelor's degrees, and the relevant competent departments of undergraduate majors in correspondence, evening universities and junior colleges recommend the list of degree applicants to the competent departments of bachelor's degrees (such as the Academic Affairs Office, hereinafter referred to as the competent departments of degree work).
(2) Undergraduate graduates trained by independent adult institutions of higher learning apply for bachelor's degrees, and independent adult institutions of higher learning shall recommend a list of degree applicants to the degree authorities of ordinary institutions of higher learning that have the right to award bachelor's degrees.
(3) If the winner of the undergraduate diploma of the higher education self-study examination applies for a bachelor's degree, the relevant departments of the examiners' school with the right to award a bachelor's degree shall recommend a list of degree applicants to the school's degree authorities; Examiners' schools without the right to award bachelor's degrees recommend the list of degree applicants to the degree authorities of ordinary colleges and universities with the right to award bachelor's degrees. Article 6 The academic degree authorities of ordinary institutions of higher learning with the right to award bachelor's degrees are uniformly responsible for awarding bachelor's degrees to undergraduate graduates trained in various forms of adult higher education.
(a) the department in charge of academic degrees of the school shall, jointly with the relevant departments in charge of adult higher education, draw up the detailed rules for awarding bachelor's degrees to undergraduate graduates trained in various forms of adult higher education, which shall be implemented after being examined and approved by the academic degree evaluation committee of the school and reported to the department in charge and the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee for the record.
(2) The academic degree department in charge of the school conducts a preliminary examination of the list of applicants to be awarded a bachelor's degree recommended by the relevant departments in charge of adult higher education and independent adult colleges and universities, decides whether to accept the recommended application within one month, and informs the recommending department or unit of the degree applicant of the result.
(3) The degree department in charge of the school will form a peer expert group of the same major (generally three people, composed of lecturers and teachers above lecturers, the same below) through the degree evaluation sub-committee of the department, and carefully examine the degree applicants who have accepted the recommendation. The content of the audit is mainly about the degree applicant's completion of the undergraduate teaching plan through a certain form of adult higher education, as well as the realistic performance of the degree applicant's political and ideological aspects. If the audit is in doubt, the expert group shall review or evaluate it. The examination or assessment should take into account the characteristics of adult higher education, with the focus on understanding the degree applicants' mastery of foreign languages and major courses, as well as the completion of teaching experiments and graduation thesis (graduation design or other graduation practice links). The way of examination or assessment is decided by the school.
(four) for the degree applicants who have passed the examination or assessment, the expert group shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Interim Provisions, put forward suggestions to academic degree evaluation committee on whether to grant a bachelor's degree; The Sub-Committee of Degree Evaluation of the Department submitted the recommendations of the expert group to academic degree evaluation committee, and they were included in the bachelor's degree after being reviewed and approved; List of winners.
(five) the school academic degree evaluation committee should review the list of bachelor degree winners one by one. Those who pass will be awarded a bachelor's degree by the school; Those who fail will no longer be awarded a bachelor's degree.
