Yes, I have to admit, I like Montessori Mathematics and Reggio, but no concept will organize training and assessment as seriously as Waldorf Education, and at the same time, come to our own garden to guide us in running a school. The teacher who trained us was Mr. Ren Waldorf for at least ten years (only one manual teacher, only eight years as a teacher). I am very moved by this kind of education. But I clearly find that the more I learn, the more I like it, and the more I learn, the more I feel about this educational science system. Waldorf education, everything provided to children is based on theory, which makes us teachers not be at a loss. People who can integrate must be people who have thoroughly understood all kinds of educational spirits. She received all the Waldorf education except college. After graduating from college, she became a Waldorf teacher. Her daughter is also Waldorf's teacher. I don't know how she misunderstood. Waldorf kindergarten has building blocks. I suggest teachers make them themselves, even with children. They cut and polish with thick and thin trunk branches. This kind of building block is more vital, and children will feel more when they hold it in their hands. Some people can't stand dolls without eyes and noses, which I didn't understand before, and it feels strange-this may be the reason why I didn't like Waldorf at first. Before considering being a Waldorf, I specially took my daughter to a Waldorf Children's Home to observe her reaction to this doll. As a result, my daughter liked it very much. Waldorf kindergarten will perform puppet shows and children will play games with dolls. If these dolls have eyes and noses, then the dolls' expressions are relatively simple and they can't show all kinds of expressions during the whole performance-this really leaves room for children's imagination. Waldorf education is the education I know that pays the most attention to children's imagination and creativity and their health-which makes many people who know it have to like it. It has been mentioned that Waldorf education is not suitable for boys, but the harmony between man and nature advocated by Waldorf education is actually more conducive to the growth of boys, especially in today's society where boys grow up in a bad environment. Some people say that Waldorf education is foreign and not suitable for China. Poor thing! I was particularly moved once. What moved me was that Mr. Waldorf told us in class that Waldorf education is to let you explore the essence of your national culture. Waldorf education comes from Telford, but it teaches local people how to carry forward their own national culture under the guidance of Waldorf ideas all over the world-people who love their own nation cannot but be moved by this educational idea. In fact, because I understand and practice Waldorf education, I think it is the best, and because I think it is the best, I will firmly practice it. According to Waldorf's teacher, many Montessori gardens abroad are doing very well, and they think they are also very good.
