In order to standardize the safety education of new employees in the workshop and improve the company's three-level safety education system, the company's three-level safety education card is specially formulated and its filling method is announced.

1) This three-level safety education card has been issued since the safety training for new employees of the company. New employees in production positions should fill in the first item (company-level safety education table box) as required, including the name, position, department, education time and signature of the educated person.

2) Instructors of safety education should truthfully fill in the assessment results of this safety education, which are divided into excellent, good, passing, poor and problems existing in the process of safety education. Those whose assessment results are lower than the passing line are not qualified to become full members.

3) After the company-level safety education, submit a three-level safety education card to the Administration Department. After that, the administrative department will register the safety education at workshop level and team level in all departments.

4) Workshop-level safety education shall be organized and implemented by the production supervisor, and the workshop shall designate a special person as a safety education lecturer, compile and evaluate the workshop safety education teaching materials, and fill in the column of "Workshop-level Safety Education" in the "Three-level Safety Education Card".

5) The team leader shall organize the implementation of team-level safety education, and the team leader shall designate a special person as a safety education lecturer, compile and evaluate the teaching materials for safety teams, and fill in "Team-level Safety Education" in the "Three-level Safety Education Card".

6) Level-3 safety education card must be filled in in person and guaranteed to be true and correct, and shall not be altered at will. Those who deliberately fail to fill in, delay or forge privately will bear the safety responsibility.

7) Fill in the complete three-level safety education card, which will be used as the safety education certificate for new employees, and the record will be filed in the Administration Department for future reference.
