What should I do if the transfer audit of the Education Bureau fails?
Legal analysis: the application for transfer issued by the school will be transferred regardless of whether the original school agrees or not. However, the school and the Education Bureau have the right to refuse to apply for transfer without justifiable reasons. If the school refuses to register as a student for unilateral reasons, then find the education authorities to reflect the situation and ask for a student status. Generally, student status will be given. The following materials are required: (1) household registration book; (two) transfer certificate (signed and sealed by the administrative department of education at or above the district, county and city level); (three) the senior high school entrance examination file (signed by the district, county, city and above admissions departments and ordinary high schools); (4) high school students' files; (5)HKCEE examination certificate. Transfer conditions: (1) Students' household registration will be transferred across districts and counties in this city with their parents' household registration; (two) students from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government have moved into this city; (three) from abroad to settle in this city; (4) Students registered in other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government need to go back to compulsory education schools in this Municipality; (five) students who are not registered in this city live in this city with their parents.
