The current version is 2065438+ revised at the 14th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee on April 24th, 2005. The drafting of the Compulsory Education Law from 65438 to 0986 was put forward according to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's decision on education system reform. Due to the short time and lack of legislative experience, the legal provisions are only 18 in principle.
