1 Peking Union Medical College.

Peking Union Medical College is a national key university directly under the National Health and Wellness Committee, and implements a unified management system with China Academy of Medical Sciences. It is a world-class discipline construction university and was selected into the excellent doctoral education and training program.

The school has 6 colleges and 7 colleges, including 2 national key first-level disciplines, 7 authorized points for first-level disciplines for doctoral degrees, 3 authorized points for first-level disciplines for master's degrees and 2 undergraduate majors. There are 6 102 students, including doctoral students 1629, master students 1920, 906 undergraduates, 236 junior college students and adult students 14 1 person.

2. Capital Medical University.

CapitalMedicalUniversity, referred to as the First Medical University, is an institution jointly established by the Beijing Municipal People's Government, the National Health and Wellness Commission and the Ministry of Education. As a key institution of higher learning in Beijing, it has been selected as the first batch of pilot universities in the "Excellent Doctoral Education and Training Program", and international students in China have received scholarships from China government and graduate programs from the state-built high-level universities.

The school was founded in 1960, formerly known as Beijing Second Medical College; 1985, renamed Capital Medical College; 1986, identified as a key institution in Beijing; 1994, renamed Capital Medical University; 2001February 12, Beijing Union University College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing Medical College and Beijing Staff Medical College merged into the school.

3. Southern Medical University.

Southern Medical University is one of the first universities jointly established by the Ministry and the province, one of the first eight universities in China to offer eight-year undergraduate and doctoral programs in clinical medicine, one of the first pilot universities in China to train outstanding doctors, and one of the key universities in Guangdong Province. Founded in 195 1, 1979, it was identified as a national key university. In August 2004, it was transferred to Guangdong Province as a whole and renamed Southern Medical University.

4. Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.

Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, referred to as "Beijing Medical University" for short, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Wellness Commission, state administration of traditional chinese medicine and Beijing. It is the first batch of world-class discipline construction universities in China, and the national "2 1 1 project" and so on.

The school has three campuses: Heping Street Campus, Wangjing Campus and Liangxiang Campus, covering an area of 1 083,000 square meters. There are 14 teaching units and 12 undergraduate majors. 8 directly affiliated hospitals, 4 non-directly affiliated hospitals, 5 non-directly affiliated clinical medical colleges and 8 teaching hospitals; 5 120 faculty members.

5. Tianjin Medical University.

Tianjin Medical University (TMU) is a university jointly established by the National Health and Wellness Committee and the Ministry of Education. It is a national "world-class discipline construction university" and a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university, and has been selected as a national "201/plan" key construction university and national construction university.

Tianjin Medical University, the predecessor of Tianjin Medical College, was founded in 195 1, which is a higher medical college approved by the Administrative Bureau of the Central People's Government. On June 1994, Tianjin Medical College and Tianjin Second Medical College merged to form Tianjin Medical University. 1996, the school was identified as the national "2 1 1 project" key construction university. From 2065438 to September 2007, the school was selected as one of the first national "world-class discipline construction universities".
