What is the difference between the agreement class and the non-agreement class in Chinese public education?
Protocol class. Students who apply for the agreement class will sign an agreement with Zhonggong, stating how much tuition will be refunded if they fail the written test and interview.

Non-protocol class. Students who apply for non-agreement classes will not be refunded their tuition fees if they have not passed the written test or interview.
