Hefei Economic and Trade Tourism School was merged from Hefei Vocational Education Center, Hefei Electronic School, Hefei Finance School, Hefei Tourism School and Hefei Logistics School in 20 14, and moved from the original site of the five schools to Modian Higher Education Base in Hefei New Station District.

Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Vocational Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Teachers' Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant provisions in order to meet the needs of the construction and development of modern vocational education system, ensure the independent management of schools according to law, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students and faculty, and comprehensively improve the quality of running schools.

Article 2 The name of the school is Hefei Economic and Trade Tourism School.

Article 3 The school is a full-time secondary vocational school funded by Hefei Municipal People's Government, with a schooling of three years. It is a fully funded institution with independent legal personality. With the aim of service development and the orientation of promoting employment, the school provides ideological, political and professional ethics education to the educated, imparting cultural and professional knowledge, cultivating professional skills, providing vocational guidance, improving physical and mental health, improving the comprehensive quality of the educated in an all-round way, cultivating high-skilled talents needed for economic construction for the society and transporting qualified talents for colleges and universities.

The goal of the school is to establish a leading secondary vocational school in Anhui and a first-class secondary vocational school in China.

Article 4 Domain name of school portal: www.hfsjmlyxx.com. The school emblem is circular, and the central pattern is the artistic pinyin letters J and M, representing "economy and trade". The two letters are artistically transformed into the word "person", expressing that moral education in schools is the first and education is the most important, just like walking alone, which means "traveling".
