[Editor] Start a school

Huizhou No.1 Middle School is recognized as the best middle school in Huizhou, but once closed junior high school. In the summer vacation of 20001year, Huizhou No.1 Middle School began to plan to start a private junior high school relying on its own teachers, and accepted the registration and entrance examination. School officially started in September of the same year, and then Huizhou No.1 Middle School signed a cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Dongsheng Education Group, that is, Huizhou No.1 Middle School provided teachers and Shenzhen Dongsheng Group provided funds to jointly run schools.

At that time, in order to encourage fresh students to attend the school, the school made the following commitments: 1. Those who ranked in the top 100 of the senior high school entrance examination scores, regardless of whether they volunteered for the senior high school entrance examination or not, and whether the senior high school entrance examination scores reached the scores announced by Huizhou No.1 Middle School, were all admitted to Huizhou No.1 Middle School; Second, the top 50 students in the final exam of each semester will be awarded scholarships of different grades according to their grades.

At the beginning of 20001,due to the construction of the school site, the first students of this school did not attend classes in the school headquarters in 20001-2002, but taught on the first and second floors of the junior high school teaching building in Nanhu campus of Huizhou No.1 Middle School. At that time, the teaching of Nanshan School was shared with the teaching resources of Huizhou No.1 Middle School. At the beginning of school, the name of Nanshan No.1 Middle School was not Nanshan School in Huizhou No.1 Middle School, but was temporarily attached to Huizhou No.1 Middle School, which to some extent admitted that it was a junior high school in disguise.

[Edit] Move to a new address

The current Huizhou Nanshan School moved in immediately after the school was completed at the end of August, 2002. The address is in Xiamazhuang 1 1 residential area on the south bank of Huicheng District, which belongs to the suburb of Huizhou. Because it is remote, there is only one bus line near the school, and the school provides accommodation and a school bus to pick up and drop off day students.

The school covers an area of 36,000 square meters with a building area of 25,000 square meters. The main buildings are teaching buildings and dormitory buildings, as well as small parks and lawn football fields. However, the football field has now been changed into a basketball court.

In addition to junior high school, the school also opened a primary school after moving to a new location.

[Edit] Rename yourself

In 2004, the first freshmen of this school took part in the senior high school entrance examination and achieved good results. At the same time, it fulfilled the promise of being admitted to Huizhou No.1 Middle School. However, in the same year, Huizhou No.1 Middle School began to move to the newly-built Dongjiang University Campus, and Huizhou No.1 Middle School also announced the resumption of classes in the original Nanhu Campus. The teacher who was originally transferred to Nanshan School in Huizhou No.1 Middle School was recalled to the headquarters. At this point, the cooperation between Huizhou No.1 Middle School and Shenzhen Dongsheng Education Group officially ended, and the school was managed by Shenzhen Dongsheng Education Group. Therefore, in September 2004, the school was officially renamed Huizhou Nanshan School.
