How to understand preschool children's all-round and harmonious development education
(A) children's all-round development is their own needs and rights.

1998165438+1On October 20th, the United Nations General Assembly unanimously adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child, pointing out that survival and development are the basic rights of children.

Article 6 of the "Regulations" also reflects the importance attached to children's right to development and protection.

(2) The all-round development of children should refer to the all-round development of children's body, intelligence, morality and beauty.

Because body, intelligence, morality and beauty are an organic combination, they are interrelated and interactive. Therefore, the kindergarten curriculum should be designed as a whole to promote the development of children in these aspects.

(3) The all-round development of children should be the harmonious development of all aspects of children's body and mind.

In addition to physical, cognitive and linguistic development, children's development should also include social, emotional, communicative and moral.

(d) The all-round development of children should refer to promoting the all-round development of every child at the original level through education.

(5) Children's all-round development should be a process of guiding children's active development.

The activities designed by teachers should meet the needs of children, so that children can fully take the initiative, and strive to make children's activities run through the whole process of activity initiation, implementation and end, so that children's activities can achieve the expected purpose and give full play to their creativity.

(6) The all-round development of children is closely related to meeting the requirements of the future society for the quality of talents.

Cultivating all-round talents is the call of the times and the need of society. Our pre-school education should be based on the existing pre-school education objectives, adapt to social needs, and penetrate the future social requirements for talent quality.
