How to carry out moral education for children
With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to early education. However, many people unilaterally think that early education is to develop intelligence, that is, to let children learn to read, write, draw, sing and dance, while ignoring early moral education for children. In fact, because children come from different families and are influenced by different environments, their behavior habits are different and imperfect. Early childhood is also a period of strong plasticity. To cultivate children's good behavior habits, children should be organized to participate in various moral education activities from kindergarten, and teachers should constantly guide, cultivate and strengthen them in their daily work. How to conduct moral education for children? This has always been a problem explored by our kindergarten teachers. Through practice, we can start from the following aspects:

First, moral education should be infiltrated into daily life. Rules are universal and habits are natural. According to this simple rule, teachers should subtly educate children's morality with ordinary and trivial daily life. Establish a code of conduct bit by bit to help children develop good habits and form independent, self-controlled and self-disciplined qualities. The collective is a small society, and there will always be contradictory sparks in the communication between people. When eating, drinking and going to the toilet at noon, teachers should remind children to be humble to each other, avoid crowding and cause harm, and be good at finding humble children and affirming them in time. Through constant emphasis, all children can take the initiative to be modest and form habits; When children encounter difficulties in free activities, teachers should let them try to solve them themselves, and then ask teachers for help when they can't solve them well to develop their communicative competence; When eating, tables, bowls and floors are required to be clean, which not only cultivates children's good hygiene habits, but also educates them to cherish food. Learn to be cautious when taking a nap and learn to care about others. Children in middle and large classes are required to put on pants without taking off their clothes, fold quilts and do their own things.

In the life with children, many unexpected things happen at every moment. At this time, teachers should seize the opportunity, guide the situation, tap the educational value of accidental events, and guide the formation of children's behavior patterns. For example, children are sick, quarrels and fights between peers, brothers and sisters fall, and so on. As a teacher, we should carefully observe the details of life, and often seize these favorable opportunities to carry out education at any time to promote the formation of children's good living habits.

Second, moral education is carried out by using theme activities. Carry out moral education in combination with various theme activities. For example, on March 8th, we carried out the theme education of "My Good Mother" combined with parent-child activities: with the help of language activities-praising my good mother, music activities-no longer disturbing my good mother, art activities-drawing my mother, this series of activities made children have a more comprehensive and complete understanding of her mother, and realized her hard work, and a feeling of loving her came to life; At the same time, from the perspective of loving mother, guide her to love her father, grandfather, grandmother and other family members, such as "I help grandpa and grandmother find happiness" and "We are a happy family". On the occasion of "October 1st" National Day, the theme activity of "Love the Motherland, Love the Hometown" was designed. Through understanding the ever-changing changes in hometown, let children sprout the feelings of loving the motherland and hometown.

Third, moral education is carried out in combination with game activities. Games are of great value in children's moral education. Games not only give children positive emotional experience, but also provide them with opportunities to practice moral behavior. For example, the role game "A Doll's House", the intellectual game "Go to the Mysterious Palace" and the music game "Let me help you" will help children gradually understand the moral requirements such as cooperation, fairness, mutual assistance and sharing, and constantly adjust and choose their own code of conduct through learning, so as to put moral cognition into action, turn it into moral behavior, and then become a stable behavior habit. In all kinds of sports games, educate children to unite and forge ahead, win without arrogance and lose with grace; When playing all kinds of sports equipment, educate children to understand each other, don't compete, and cooperate together in the game; When encountering difficulties and accidentally falling down, encourage children to be brave and tenacious, make persistent efforts, and encourage friends to help each other; When unfamiliar sports produce fear, teachers encourage children to dare to challenge and be confident and self-reliant while ensuring safety.

Fourth, moral education is carried out in the common education of the family. This phenomenon is common in kindergartens, and many parents pay attention to their children's intellectual development and despise the cultivation of moral quality. Parents often ask teachers about their children's learning in the park, but they are indifferent to their selfish, overbearing and willful behavior, and sometimes they give wrong guidance: if others hit you, you will also hit him! You won, that's great! These erroneous educations have seriously hindered the development of children's moral education. Therefore, only by actively obtaining parents' cooperation and reaching a consensus with parents can we really improve children's moral education effect and consolidate good morality and habits. At work, I often keep in touch with my parents, such as telephone calls, face-to-face interviews, regular parent-teacher meetings and parents' open days. Keep abreast of the children's situation at home and reflect their performance in the park to their parents. Parents' Garden is used to publicize the requirements of kindergartens for children's moral education and introduce effective parents' moral education experience, so that parents can clearly understand the importance of children's moral education, correct their own educational views, coordinate family education and kindergarten education, and make moral education work effective.

Through the practice and thinking of children's moral education, I deeply feel that the formation of children's moral quality is a long-term repeated and continuous improvement process. It is the responsibility of every preschool teacher to persistently infiltrate moral education into children's lives and activities, constantly sum up educational experience and explore new methods of moral education for children, so as to make moral education for children more practical and distinctive.
