In order to effectively improve the quality of running our park and the trust of society and parents in our park; For the survival and sustainable development of our park, and to achieve the goal of "building a well-known brand of local preschool education", the following work routines and reward and punishment systems are formulated for the teaching staff of our park:

First of all, all the staff in the park must strictly abide by all the rules and regulations of our park.

Second, always maintain enthusiasm for parents, love for children, patience, care and responsibility for work.

Kindergarten is a paradise for children's knowledge enlightenment, intellectual development, moral cultivation, habit formation and healthy physical and mental growth. Teachers should try their best to make children want to come to kindergarten, and they must not be afraid and disgusted.

(1) In the management of children's daily behaviors, we must pay attention to methods and influences. It is absolutely not allowed to take such rude acts as beating, cursing, standing as punishment, intimidation, etc. Always keep an affable smiling face in order to win the love of young children.

(2) Clean the children's clothes and school supplies every day, without losing or making mistakes.

(3) Always keep children's looks and clothes clean and tidy. Wipe your child's nose and saliva in time. Remind the child to urinate regularly, and his pants are wet. Change and wash them, and never let them wear or take home pants with shit.

(4) Always pay attention to children's health. If you have medicine, you should give it on time, if you need to add or subtract clothes, you should add or subtract them in time, and if you feel unwell, you should inform the school or parents in time.

(5) Every afternoon after the child gets up, the teacher should carefully clean the child's schoolbag to see if there are any medicines, food or other items, and deal with them in time.

(6) Treat parents with courtesy and enthusiasm. If there are mistakes or shortcomings in your work, you should dare to apologize to your parents in order to get their understanding.

Third, do a good job of safety. Avoid children's falls, bumps, electric shocks, burns, mutual scratches and bites.

During working hours, teachers are not allowed to leave their children. In principle, they are not allowed to watch TV, listen to music, play mobile phones or chat. Teachers should learn the skills of "keeping an eye on the eight ways" and stop the child's behavior immediately when it is found that it may lead to injury.

Fourth, strictly observe the schedule and go to work on time. Don't be late or leave early. No leave is allowed without special circumstances.

5. Teaching quality is the lifeline of the school's survival and development. Teachers should have adequate plans, arrangements and guarantees in terms of time, content, methods and training.

(1) Pay attention to the education of children's behavior habits such as morality, courtesy and hygiene.

(2) Strengthen children's habit and ability to speak Mandarin. Teachers and children should use Mandarin in their daily communication. In particular, children should be guided to use Mandarin.

(3) Make use of at least 1 class hour in the morning and at least 1 class hour in the afternoon every day to properly strengthen children's ability training in literacy, writing, counting, counting and simple addition and subtraction operations. Requirements for middle and large classes: teach children to know, read and write 3-5 words every week. About half a semester, I will know, write and count the number 10, and learn simple operations initially. Teachers should post what they learn every week on the learning garden of the classroom in the form of cards, which is conducive to the consolidation of children at any time and is also convenient for the garden to check at any time.

(4) In other classes every day, teachers should organize children to carry out planned and purposeful teaching activities such as singing, drawing, dancing, telling stories, playing games, etc. as far as possible, and at least guarantee 1 class every day. Small classes have at least 1 class hour in the morning and afternoon respectively.

VIII. Quantification and incentive measures of this Convention are as follows:
