Parents are the first teachers of the children. Parents' professional ethics and professionalism are different, and the cultural environment of the teaching court is also different. There are differences in parents' ability to guide their children's learning, the degree of self-awareness in education and the way of education in different occupational categories. The higher the educational level of parents, the higher their expectations for their children, and the stricter their requirements for their words and deeds, which can guide their cultural learning.

Second, help parents establish a correct concept of family education.

Now parents pay more attention to their children, but the correct educational concept and scientific educational methods are not enough, which makes the educational effect counterproductive. Therefore, the urgent task of family education should be to improve the quality of parents. If we want to really improve the level of family education, we must correct the guiding ideology of parents. Otherwise, it is a temporary solution.

Third, be good at communicating with parents of different levels and types.

In the contact with parents, the class teacher first further understands the students' family situation and parents' personality characteristics, then classifies them, masters the art of communicating with all kinds of parents, treats them with sincerity, and lets the tutor guide the work with half the effort.

Fourth, often use the opportunity of parent-teacher conferences to let parents communicate with their parents.

It is the responsibility of the head teacher to let every student receive a good family education and improve the overall quality of the class. Therefore, in addition to giving some guidance on family education according to the students' reality, I also attach great importance to publicizing scientific family education concepts and methods to all parents and popularizing family education experience through parent-teacher conferences, parent schools and other forms.
