The main work includes education and psychological counseling, such as school life guidance, adaptation guidance, learning method guidance, interpersonal relationship handling at the scene level, how to become a popular student and so on.
The second level, preventive psychological counseling. We are faced with some students who may have problems in study, psychology and life adaptation or just have problems. Mainly to improve students' adaptability and cultivate students' learning ability, such as playing games or relaxing therapy for twenty or thirty minutes. Through this kind of counseling, at least students' psychological problems should not be further aggravated.
The third level, therapeutic psychological counseling. We are faced with students who have serious psychological, study and social adaptation problems, become abnormal and have deviated personalities, such as school phobia, truancy, reticence, loneliness, autism, violent theft, lying and running away from home. These are very important for psychological counseling. Mainly for the psychological problems and mental health problems of specific students, through appropriate methods to solve them.
The above three levels are dialectical. Ignoring the first level of counseling will increase the number of special students at the second or third level, and ignoring the counseling and intervention at the second and third levels will expand the range of students with problems or psychological obstacles and affect the development of all students. Three levels of psychological counseling must be organically combined. At the same time, teachers and parents should give psychological help to students, that is, implement an integrated mental health education system.
