Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College is a full-time higher vocational college sponsored by Hangzhou Municipal People's Government. Its predecessor was Hangzhou Staff University, which was formed by the merger of six schools, namely, Hangzhou Machinery, Chemical Industry, Textile, Silk, Light Industry and Xihu Electronics.
