Konstantin Dmitrievich ushinski is a famous Russian democratic educator, the founder of Russian ethnic schools and educational science, and a writer of children's books in the19th century. He is called "the founder of Russian educational psychology".

Ushinski graduated from Moscow University, and his masterpieces are On the Nationality of Public Education and People are the Object of Education.
