3. Among them, the legal guardian of the children of migrant workers from other provinces must also hold a residence permit (the residence address is in the central city of our district).

4. Children of those who enjoy preferential policies.

Sixth-grade pupils who legally live in the central city of Qingxin District, have the ability to receive general education and meet one of the following conditions:

1. Sixth-grade primary school students registered in the school district of the central city of Qingxin District;

2. Its legal guardian owns legal residential commercial housing in the central city of Qingxin District, has living conditions, and is actually lived by the applicant.

3. The legal guardian has lived in the central city of Qingxin District for 5 years continuously, and has paid social insurance premiums (including pension insurance and medical insurance) in Qingxin District for more than 5 years, and has children of migrant workers with stable jobs.
