Admonishing conversation refers to discovering the emerging problems of leading cadres in political thought, performance of duties, work style, moral quality, honesty and diligence. Party committees (party groups), discipline inspection commissions and party committee organizations should talk to cadres in a timely manner according to their management authority. The admonishing requirements put forward by leading cadres and the explanations and statements made by leading cadres shall be recorded in writing, which shall be kept by the organization (personnel) department or the discipline inspection organ after verification by themselves. Leading cadres in party member should be admonished under any of the following circumstances: (1) failing to strictly abide by the party's political discipline, not implementing the party's line, principles and policies and the resolutions and decisions of higher-level party organizations, and failing to deploy their work effectively; (two) do not seriously implement democratic centralism, arbitrary, or cause unprincipled disputes in the leadership; (three) do not perform their duties seriously, causing certain losses to the work; (4) engaging in flashy, divorced from reality "image project" and "performance project", extravagance and waste, causing adverse effects; (5) Failing to strictly implement the regulations on the appointment of cadres and making mistakes in employing people; (six) do not strictly implement the provisions of honesty and self-discipline, resulting in adverse effects; (seven) other circumstances that need to be admonished.
