Confirm that the fingerprint lock is powered on, and then remove the inner panel of the fingerprint lock (the inner panel is the indoor part of the fingerprint lock).

Step two:

Insert the fingernail and dig the gap under the hand, remove the box cover, and then take out the network module.

Step 3:

Find the location of the initialization button, press and hold the initialization button for more than 5 seconds, and let go when the fingerprint lock prompts "Factory settings have been restored, please modify the management password in time". At this point, the fingerprint lock has been successfully restored to the factory settings.

Tip:

Restoring the factory settings will disconnect the fingerprint lock from the gateway and require manual binding again. Moreover, the previous fingerprints, passwords and card information have been emptied and need to be added again.
