What is the gap between students in the east and students in the west?
They are also highly evolved modern people, belonging to the same race. It should be said that there is no gap between them in Chile. On the contrary, the physical quality of students in the western region is far better than that in the east.

I have always felt the same way about the saying that "there are no students who can't teach well, only education that can't teach well". It should be said that the gap between western students and eastern students is mainly caused by the uneven distribution of educational resources caused by uneven economic development.

Due to living conditions and salary problems, "famous teachers" are generally unwilling to teach in the west, and many graduates majoring in normal education are also unwilling to work in the west, resulting in the overall quality of teachers in the west being far lower than that in the east. At the same time, due to the limited economic strength of the school, the hardware facilities of most schools in the west, including classrooms, playgrounds, laboratories and computer rooms, are not perfect enough. It is also difficult for schools to achieve the hardware configuration of one computer, one TV and one projector per class like most eastern schools, and teachers have lost many high-tech means in lectures, which may cause certain obstacles to students' understanding. In addition, there are far more outstanding students in the western region who are forced to drop out of school for family reasons than in the eastern region.

These are reflected in the scores of college entrance examination, that is, the scores of students in the western region are always lower than those in the eastern region, or even much lower.

However, with the gradual implementation of the western development policy, the economy in the western region will develop rapidly and gradually narrow the gap between the east and the west. Moreover, the Ministry of Education now attaches great importance to the educational resources in the western region, allocating funds to the western region every year, and providing many preferential conditions for university graduates who are interested in teaching in the western region (including free tuition fees for university education, etc.). It can be predicted that education in the western region will develop greatly in the near future. The gap between the scores of students in the college entrance examination between the east and the west is bound to get smaller and smaller, and even the students in the west may leave the students in the east far behind with their perseverance and efforts.
