These are reflected in the scores of college entrance examination, that is, the scores of students in the western region are always lower than those in the eastern region, or even much lower.
However, with the gradual implementation of the western development policy, the economy in the western region will develop rapidly and gradually narrow the gap between the east and the west. Moreover, the Ministry of Education now attaches great importance to the educational resources in the western region, allocating funds to the western region every year, and providing many preferential conditions for university graduates who are interested in teaching in the western region (including free tuition fees for university education, etc.). It can be predicted that education in the western region will develop greatly in the near future. The gap between the scores of students in the college entrance examination between the east and the west is bound to get smaller and smaller, and even the students in the west may leave the students in the east far behind with their perseverance and efforts.
