Being a teacher for the first time is a very challenging and tempting thing for me. On August 3 1 2008, I came to Chongqing Fengdu Longhe Central Primary School with excitement and started a month-long and 20-day educational practice. During the internship, the ups and downs made me realize the sublimity and hardship of being a people's teacher.

After the opening ceremony, the instructor introduced the arrangement of various internship work and the matters needing attention during the internship. I also took the initiative to get a preliminary understanding of each student in the internship class and the basic situation of the school. With these overall arrangements, my internship can go so smoothly.
2. Teachers guide and gradually improve the teaching level.
The development of teaching practice is guided by a senior teacher in our school, a frontline worker in education and a very responsible teacher. We divide the internship into two stages:
The first stage is the probation period, which lasts for one week. In this week's time, I am fully familiar with the Chinese textbook for the third grade of primary school, listen carefully to the teacher's every class, make a good record of every class, communicate with the teacher after class, ask for advice modestly, and deeply understand the requirements and teaching process of classroom teaching. Learn how to prepare lessons and how to better combine the theory of quality education with the requirements of implementing the examination center. Constantly reflect and carefully understand every detail of the teacher's class and the meaning contained in this detail. Because every action in class is for teaching. This is a sentence that teachers often emphasize. I also listened to some competitive classes, open classes and quality classes. Then discuss with the instructor, more is the teacher's suggestion. Absorb other people's excellent ingredients for their own use. It is a stage of combining imitation and learning.
The second stage is the class stage. My tutor is a senior teacher in our school and the head teacher in Class Two, Grade Three, so she gave me many classes and arranged many classes for me, which gave me more exercise opportunities. The number of times you go to the podium will naturally increase. There are at most three classes a day, usually two. Therefore, there is a lot of communication time, and the teacher points out what he did badly in time. In addition, after class, I carefully studied the teaching materials, wrote the lesson plans in detail, and made courseware. Everything has been changed over and over again until I think I can teach this lesson well and then give it to the teacher for preliminary examination. During the exam, my tutor asked me to say that my class plan is to practice lecturing. Revise it under the correction and suggestion of the tutor, and then try it out before class. My instructor insisted on attending every class, carefully helped me evaluate the class after class, put forward valuable opinions on the shortcomings in my class, affirmed some of my advantages, encouraged me to make efforts to correct after class, improved the teaching level, and ensured that the same mistakes would not occur in the next teaching. We should also learn the overall planning in the teaching process and creatively complete the teaching tasks according to the arrangement of the teaching secretary. Through such efforts, my teaching style, language, writing on the blackboard, questioning skills and interaction with students have been significantly improved.
3. Actively do a good job in the internship of the head teacher.
It is hard to be a class teacher, but it is even harder to be a class teacher in the third grade of primary school. Pupils should be meticulous in all aspects, and unexpected things will happen if they are not careful. This has brought great difficulties to management education, so I made up my mind from the beginning that I must redouble my efforts and put more time and energy into my work than others. I get up at 7: 20 in the morning and sign in at school after breakfast. The main tasks every day: First, watch morning reading, go to the classroom at 7: 50 every morning to urge them to clean up, check the wearing situation of gfd and red scarf, and urge them to read early seriously. The second is to patrol the class during class time and check the class situation. If there is someone who doesn't listen carefully in class, talk to him in time after class and guide him correctly. Third, the sixth class is extracurricular activities. I want to tutor individual students and do their ideological work. In this process, I love my job, work hard, don't complain or be tired, do every job well, and lead students to participate in various school activities. Through unremitting efforts, the overall situation of the class has improved, and I have also established a good relationship between teachers and students and won their trust. During the internship, in addition to the teaching practice and the work of the class teacher, I am carefully writing an internship diary and reflecting on each class. The gains and losses are clear in my mind, and I will make fewer mistakes next time. While reflecting on yourself, we should also learn from others. I went to many teaching and research activities in the school, and I didn't miss the lectures at every speech contest, so I made a good record of the lectures.
