Note: the application for studying abroad can only be fully confirmed after the Thai school receives the relevant application fees and tuition fees.
2. Received the admission notice
Once the application for studying in Thailand is successfully accepted, the Thai school will issue an admission notice. The logo of the university will be printed on the letter of acceptance, including the applicant's name, passport number and the name of the chosen major, and the confirmation signature of the school leader will be found under the letter of acceptance. Receiving the admission notice means that the applicant is admitted to this program and needs to go to Thailand to complete the admission within the prescribed time limit.
The admission notice is not only a ticket for admission, but also a ticket for international students to apply for a study visa. Thailand's one-year study visa will only be granted to applicants who have a clear intention to study abroad, so applicants need to register for at least 3 courses each semester as proof.
Step 3 apply for a visa
After receiving the admission notice, you need a passport valid for more than half a year and a recent photo of your passport size to apply for a visa. Subsequently, the applicant can apply for a study visa at the Thai Embassy or Consulate in China.
It should be noted that if you apply for a tourist visa to Thailand, because the duration of the tourist visa is 60 days, it is best to change it into a study visa within the first 30 days, and the next 30 days should be reserved for applying for a non-immigrant visa.
Your visa is valid for 90 days.
It is particularly important to note that the validity of the study visa applied for this time is only 90 days, which means that the applicant needs to renew it at the Immigration Bureau of Thailand within these 90 days. However, only if the visa is valid for less than 30 days will the Immigration Bureau accept it.
