Children's social emotion course
What is SEL? SEL stands for social and emotional learning.

It was first put forward by CASEL organization in the United States, which combined the systematic knowledge of positive discipline theory, Adler psychology, developmental psychology and pedagogy.

It refers to the learning process that individuals can identify and manage their own emotions, identify the emotional states of different people in different environments and make corresponding responses, set appropriate goals, acquire problem-solving skills, and make responsible decisions to maintain good interpersonal relationships.

What do you study in the course?

SEL children's social emotional skills course will lead children to complete experiential activities. Through these activities, they can learn SEL's five core skills and seven important perceptual skills, provide rich learning content for children's social emotional development and emotional intelligence training, and help children have a more sound, complete and happy life.
