Full-time undergraduate students under the age of 40 can introduce talents, and colleges and universities can settle in Tianjin as long as they meet the requirements of social security and have a skill.

3. Talent placement procedure

1. With the file transfer letter from Tianjin talent market, go back to the file agency where the file is located to borrow the file, and at the same time issue a letter agreeing to transfer it out. It should be noted that the title of the letter is Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

2. Come to Tianjin talent market to review the files with the files and the letter agreeing to transfer them out.

3. After the file has passed the preliminary examination, it is necessary to sign an agency service agreement, and provide a copy of the business license and organization code certificate of the Tianjin receiving unit, a copy of the tax registration certificate, and my labor contract.
