Before the Ministry of Education compiled the textbooks of three subjects, the policy of "one syllabus and many books" was implemented in the compulsory education stage of China for 30 years. Since the fall semester of 20 17, the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education have officially entered the classroom. By 20 19, the "Ministry Edition" will cover all grades in the compulsory education stage. Teaching material construction is an important support for educating people. What kind of textbook system to build, what content to teach in core textbooks, what values to advocate, and how to embody the will of the country are all matters for the country.
The newly compiled three textbooks highlight the orientation of educating people, systematically integrate into the socialist core values, meet the requirements of in-depth implementation of quality education, inherit the classics and have the flavor of the times, follow the discipline rules and be close to the students' reality, and organically combine ideological, scientific, interesting and practical.
