Henan Polytechnic University has three campuses: South Campus (No.2001Century Road, Jiaozuo City), North Campus (No.65438 Jiefang Middle Road, Jiaozuo City +042) and West Campus (No.55 Jianshe West Road, Jiaozuo City), covering an area of 4 100 mu and a building area of14,000 square meters.

Medical secondary school of Henan Polytechnic University (Jiaozuo Health Medicine School) was founded in 195 1, and it is one of the earliest secondary health schools in Henan Province. Now it is a national key secondary vocational school, a national model school for the reform and development of secondary vocational education, a national experimental base for cultivating teenagers' moral character, and a provincial civilized unit.
Medical secondary schools have a long history of running schools, and have gone through the development stages of Jiaozuo Health School, Jiaozuo Medical School, Jiaozuo Medical School, and Jiaozuo Health School in Pingyuan Province. In July, 20 10, Jiaozuo Health School and Jiaozuo Traditional Chinese Medicine School merged to form Jiaozuo Health Medicine School, and in May, 20 14, it merged into Henan Polytechnic University, ushered in a new historical development period.
