3. Local full-time colleges, independent colleges and higher vocational colleges can apply for the exam in the third academic year (some areas need fresh graduates), and apply for the corresponding teacher qualification to the teacher qualification accreditation institution where the school is located in the graduation year;

4. Students studying in adult education (self-taught, TV University, Night University, correspondence) and online education must graduate and obtain a series of national education qualifications before they can apply for teacher qualification.
