Enlightenment of network teaching on teachers' professional development under epidemic situation
The spring of 2022 arrived as scheduled, the warm sunshine painted the earth green, and the warm spring breeze blew the flowers, which was another beautiful scene of spring. However, in such a season of "warm wind makes tourists drunk", the sudden COVID-19 epidemic disrupted teachers' work and life at home, and some people failed to enjoy the wonderful season.

? Today, the epidemic, which lasted for nearly a month, has no intention of leaving Taian, and is still struggling to die. In order to reduce gathering, avoid risks and ensure the health and safety of teachers and students, the education authorities have sized up the situation and adjusted offline teaching to online teaching, which will continue.

?

Although online teaching began in 2020, it is nothing new. However, after the school restarted online teaching, most teachers still had a lot of discomfort. Some teachers forget the operation technology of online teaching, and some are not skilled enough, especially some elderly teachers, who are genuinely unwilling to take classes online for fear of improper operation and mistakes. Offline teaching lasts 45 minutes per class, and online teaching requires no more than 30 minutes per class (students learn physical and mental characteristics to ensure their eyesight). If we can't process the teaching materials, the lecture will be very fast, leaving a lot of raw food for students, which will affect the quality of online teaching. Online teaching is difficult to achieve all teachers and students face to face, with less online interaction, incomplete response and poor effect. The class time is not up to standard and the feedback is not in place. Students really participate in the classroom, and it is difficult for teachers to accurately grasp the learning situation. Assignment, marking, evaluation and feedback are also different from offline; There are still many technical problems in courseware resources, network technology and webcasting.

?

? In fact, for online teaching, teachers' inadaptability and even existing teaching problems should be treated rationally, which is an objective and inevitable phenomenon. After all, online teaching is not as normal as offline teaching. Although school-based training has been carried out in teachers' skills, routines and experience, it is not enough without teachers' proficiency. Of course, the shorter the process, the better, and the sooner the better. Therefore, online teaching will put forward higher professional requirements for teachers.

Professor Li Zhengtao of East China Normal University pointed out in the report "Promoting Quality Teaching through Quality Teaching and Research" that future teachers should not only be able to teach offline, but also online, and more importantly, they should be able to integrate online and offline teaching. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the document "China Education Modernization 2035" in 20 19, focusing on the outstanding problems and weak links in education development, based on the current situation and with a long-term view, focusing on the deployment of ten strategic tasks oriented to education modernization. It involves the requirements of teachers' professional development. First, it is the first innovative requirement for teachers' professional development at the national level to build a team of high-quality professional innovative teachers, consolidate the institutional foundation of teachers' professional development, and promote teachers' lifelong learning and professional independent development. The second is to speed up the education reform in the information age, build a smart campus, make overall plans to build an integrated intelligent teaching, management and service platform, use modern technology to speed up the reform of talent training mode, and realize the organic combination of large-scale education and personalized training.

In the new era, informatization has an increasing influence on education. Accelerating the integrated development of information-based education and promoting the intellectualization of classroom teaching methods and school management will bring great changes to education. Twenty years ago, most classrooms were traditional technical classrooms, and teachers needed the help of information technology teachers to make courseware to participate in the speech contest. 10 years ago, the school realized the multimedia coverage of all classrooms and achieved the purpose of class communication. Teachers who have computers can basically make courseware (it is no longer the patent of information technology teachers), and the use of multimedia in class has gradually become the norm. Now more modern intelligent blackboards and recording and broadcasting systems have been installed in school classrooms, and campus live broadcast will be realized soon. The rapid development of school informatization and intelligent construction will have a far-reaching impact on teachers' classroom teaching, classroom evaluation, student evaluation and homework management, and will put forward more and higher requirements for teachers' professional development. How to become a leader in the era of information education will be a problem that all teachers, especially young and middle-aged teachers, should consider in their professional development.

? 1. It is never too late to learn, and teachers should establish the awareness of lifelong learning. People can grow old with age, the body can grow old, but the mind must not grow old. With the implementation of "China Education Modernization 2035", under the strong policy atmosphere, the construction of teachers' lifelong learning system will become more and more systematic and comprehensive. To be sure, it is impossible not to learn in the future. Instead of passive learning, it is better to take the initiative to "be safe when you come." Especially during the epidemic, everyone deeply felt that no matter where you go, you have to check the big data travel code, and now you have added the grave sweeping location code. If you can't use your smartphone, I think you can only stay at home and go nowhere. Therefore, no matter how old you are, you can't keep up with the development of the times, and you will eventually be eliminated by the times, because the wheels of the times will not stagnate because of your wishes, but will only go faster and faster, even faster and faster.

? 2. Teachers should change their ideas, improve their self-cultivation, and make reading the best way for independent professional growth. Reading+reflection+writing = professional growth. Teachers' professional growth is inseparable from reading. We should actively implement the "trinity" reading mode proposed by the school, which combines recommended reading with individual independent reading, professional reading with wide-area reading, and thematic reading with specialized reading, and implement the "four-in-one" system of reading and learning (that is, reading an article every day, reading an educational special issue once a month, intensively reading an educational monograph every semester, and writing a high-quality reading experience or teaching reflection every year) so that students can read. As advocated by Professor Li Zhengtao, only by listening to the reports of important conferences and figures, reading top educational journals and policy documents, learning advanced information technology, understanding, entering and standing at the forefront, and constantly promoting the change of teachers' concepts can we better serve education and teaching.

? 3. Grasping problems and being good at reflection, teachers should give full play to teaching and research empowerment to help professional development. It's not terrible to have problems, it's terrible not to see them, and it's even more terrible not to solve them. For the problems existing in network teaching, teachers as parties should first be clear. Teachers should carefully examine the causes, problems and solutions of problems with research consciousness and improvement attitude. With the help of "grassroots" small projects, they can scientifically standardize research, turn problems into topics, conduct professional and in-depth research, form effective solutions, and promote the continuous improvement of teachers' thinking ability, problem-solving ability and learning ability. High-quality teaching is inseparable from high-quality teaching and research. Ren said: "Lack of improvement is progress." In the process of online teaching, teachers discuss the changes of online and offline learning methods, teaching time and student management through face-to-face collective lesson preparation and special teaching and research, and solve the existing problems in time, which improves the efficiency of online teaching, promotes the transformation of teachers' teaching methods and promotes teachers' professional development.

? Finally, I borrowed a sentence from President Huan Wang, who said that education can make progress every day only if teachers study hard, and students can make progress every day only if teachers study hard. Teachers become students, and high-quality teaching and research becomes.
