How to use vestibular function training AIDS to improve children's attention?
Sensory integration training has developed rapidly in China and has been widely used in rehabilitation institutions, special education schools and preschool education. Although it is widely used, its development is mixed. Or simply regard sensory teaching AIDS as toys, and the operation is only to teach children how to use toys or how to play with toys; Either ignore the current situation of children's development and simply apply the training plan for rehabilitation training, which is more common in the field of sensory training.

Inclusive education for gifted children will be divided into five parts: tactile function training, vestibular function training, ontological function training, visual perception training and auditory perception training.

In order to solve the puzzles encountered by parents, friends and teachers in the teaching process, today I will introduce the sensory teaching AIDS for vestibular function training.

Vestibular dysfunction will cause many adverse effects on individual psychological activities such as life and study, such as difficulty in completing physical movements accurately and efficiently, poor balance control ability, inattention, difficulty in reading, dictation and writing.

According to the structure of vestibular organs and their suitable stimulation, the basic method of vestibular function training is to make children's body out of "unbalanced state" and get speed stimulation of vestibular organs. Use the following forms of stimulation to implement the training.

0 1 training purpose

Train children's vestibular sense, improve their visual perception, auditory perception and self-control ability, and promote their concentration in class.

02 main sensing equipment

1. Slide

Lie prone on the skateboard, grab both sides of the slide with both hands and slide down hard. When slipping, stretch your arms forward and raise your legs together. Strongly stimulate the vestibular system, the muscles of the head and neck contract at the same time, and promote the maturity of body protection and stretching behavior.

Skateboarding

It can regulate vestibular sensation and touch, trigger a rich balance reaction, a lot of visual information during exercise, and the proprioception of spinal cord and limbs, so that the overall sensory integration function is actively developed.

3. Cylinder head

Lie down in the net rope and raise your head forward. The coach will help you swing back and forth, and let the children insert the stick from left to right and from top to bottom in sequence during the swing. Strengthen vestibular stimulation and stretching, activate whole body muscles.

4. Cylinder messenger wire

The child bends down, holds the cylinder tightly with both hands, keeps his body balanced and makes a big turn back and forth. Promote the integration of body coordination and internal vestibular sensory input.

5. One-legged stool

Sit on a one-legged chair, stretch your hands horizontally, cross your feet and kick high or one foot continuously to keep your body balanced. Practice stretching and maintaining balance, coordinate the body, control the sense of gravity, and establish vestibular sensory function.

6. Balance table

Let the child stand or sit on the balance board, grasp the suspension rope with both hands, and shake it back and forth, left and right, while keeping his body balanced. Adjust the inherent vestibular sensation and develop balance.
