First, the scope of participants in the test
1. People who work (study) in Wuhua District or whose household registration is in Wuhua District.
2. Non-normal majors graduate, and the applicants are junior high school teachers, primary school teachers and kindergarten teachers.
3. During the period of studying in school, there is a lack of educational practice in the teaching plan of normal graduates (normal graduates can't provide the required materials for reporting types, the Appraisal Form of Educational Practice).
4. Meet the requirements for applying for teacher qualification:
(1) Education: To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above; To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above; To apply for junior high school teacher qualification, one should have a teacher's college degree or above.
(2) The level of Putonghua should reach the second-class B or above standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Standard issued by the State Language Committee, and the time for obtaining evidence for Putonghua Grade Certificate should be after June 2002 1.
(3) Take the examination of teacher qualification pedagogy and educational psychology in Yunnan Province and obtain the certificate. The time for obtaining the certificate must be 20 13 1 month later.
Second, the education and teaching ability examination registration
(1) Registration time:
From March 2, 2065438 to March 8, 2005, every morning at 9: 00-11:30; 65438+ 0: 30-4: 30 pm (except weekends and holidays, overdue applications will not be accepted).
(2) Registration place:
Room 530, fifth floor, Wuhua District Education Bureau.

(3) Registration method
1. The school manager is responsible for the registration of fresh graduates (the school he attends is within the jurisdiction of Wuhua District). If the teaching staff of public and private schools in Wuhua District need to take the education and teaching ability test, it will also be handled by the school (individual registration is not accepted).
2. Social candidates register individually, check the information when registering, pay the education and teaching ability test fee, and fill in the registration form.
(four) when applying for personal registration, social personnel shall provide the following materials for verification:
1, ID card or household registration certificate.
2. Academic certificate.
3. Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate.
4. Yunnan teacher qualification examination pedagogy and educational psychology courses.
5. Personnel whose registered permanent residence is not in Wuhua District but whose work unit is in Wuhua District shall provide the labor contract signed with the unit (subject to the verification by the contract verification department).
6. The file keeper in Wuhua District shall provide a storage agreement or certificate.
Third, the charging standard:
According to the Notice of the Development and Reform Commission of Yunnan Province and the Provincial Department of Finance on Relevant Issues Concerning the Fees for Teacher Qualification Examination in Yunnan Province (No.735 [2008] of Yunnan Province), the examination fee is charged per person 180 yuan.
Fourthly, the arrangement of teaching ability test.
(1) test time
1, the test time of education and teaching ability is scheduled for March 28th, 20 15 (Saturday).
2. According to the number of applicants in different disciplines, each test center will arrange the examination time for all subjects within the above time.
3. According to the examination discipline, all participants are requested to collect the examination contents and requirements from the examination schools on March 26th, 2065 (Thursday +05) in the following time periods, and check the specific time and place arrangement of the examination:
Wuhua Yiyou: 1 pm
Wucheng primary school: 3 pm
Kun No.2 Middle School: 5 pm
Kun No.30 Middle School: 5 pm
Kunming Mingde Ethnic Middle School: 5 pm
4. The specific test time of each participant is arranged by the test center, and the candidates will be informed when the test content is received.
(2) Test site
1. According to the type and subject of registration, arrange primary and secondary schools and kindergartens below Wuhua District as corresponding test sites. (See Annex I for details).
Please take the test at the corresponding test center on time according to the registration subjects.

(4) Matters needing attention in the test
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the education and teaching ability test and safeguard the rights and interests of testers, please read the Instructions for Testers carefully (see Annex II for details) and collect materials from the corresponding places in strict accordance with the time schedule. If you don't take the exam according to the schedule, you will be at your own risk.

Note for test participants:
1. The teaching ability test of teacher qualification certificate is conducted by means of simulated classroom teaching assessment (no students), and the test time for each tester is 20 minutes, including simulated classroom teaching 15 minutes and answering questions raised by experts for 5 minutes.
2. The examination questions are uniformly designated by the jury, and each test center issues corresponding teaching materials to the participants in advance, and other required reference materials are provided by the testers.
3. Examiners must arrive at the test center 30 minutes in advance, and the staff of the test center will arrange the test in a unified way. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of the exam, you will be regarded as giving up the exam.
4. Participants must bring valid documents: ID card, notice of registration for education and teaching ability (social personnel); Student ID cards and ID cards (students in school) must be submitted to the staff for identification.
5. Testers should prepare teaching plans (write names) in triplicate according to the specified test contents, and submit them to the evaluation experts on the spot.
6. The test results will be published on the website of Wuhua District Education Bureau from April 3rd. Please pay attention to the inspection results.
7. The relevant arrangements for the next stage of the personnel whose assessment results are "qualified" and above will also be announced in the "Open Government Affairs" column of the website of Wuhua District Education Bureau, and no telephone notification will be made.
