According to the spirit of the State Council's Decision on the Reform of Investment System (Guo Fa [2004] No.20) and the review report formed by experts and relevant units organized by Nanning Engineering Consulting Planning Office to review the preliminary design scheme of Nanning Detention Center's informatization and intelligent security supporting project, the preliminary design scheme is hereby approved as follows:

2. Project construction site: No.46, Zhu Xiang Avenue, Qingxiu District, Nanning, Guangxi, north of Nanwu Highway, Wutang Community, Wutang Town, Nanning, Guangxi.

Three. Construction scale and main construction contents

Project construction scale

The overall design of this project is based on the scale of 4,500 people, focusing on the information (inquiry), supervision, education and other services of the detention center, building an information intelligent system and an intelligent supervision information application system. The specific construction scale is as follows:

1. Build 14489 data information point and 923 telephone voice point including public security network, Internet and intelligent network; Construction of 1 command center (385_), 3 monitoring rooms (129 _), 3 sub-control centers (397_), 2 1 sub-control rooms and 10 function conference rooms, upgrading and expanding the public security cloud platform of the cloud computing data center of the municipal bureau, and improving the two cold cloud computing data centers.

2. A total of 4,996 video surveillance points, 787 sets of access control, 786 alarm points116, 782 report intercom points, 39 patrol points1each, 9 sets of escape prevention boxes, 78 sets of law enforcement terminals, 750 positioning wristbands and other technical defense facilities are set up to meet the requirements.

3. Build 1 10 sets of service system terminals, 126 sets of conversation system terminals, 66 sets of conference management system terminals, 395 TV spots, 6 1 broadcast spots, 389 sets of interactive service terminals and other service system terminals, and build a complete service system.

4. Upgrade the public security cloud computing platform in Nanning, expand the 100 computing node, configure 300 physical CPU licenses, and provide 25PB storage capacity. Relying on the cloud platform, we will build two application platforms, the prison actual combat platform and the intelligent supervision and management platform, and improve the functions of the convenience service platform.
